FOTR this week is Michael The Lion. Formerly known as DJ Apt One, this Philly resident has made a name for himself all over the world as well as his home town. After carving out a name for himself as part of the Philadelphyinz with Skinny Friedman and making some early anthems in the Moombahton movement, he re-branded himself as Michael The Lion to focus on his love of classic disco and house. He’s since developed his Funk Train party in multiple markets, released music on Soul Clap, Razor N Tie and multiple other labels as well as becoming a father.
