FOTR: Dirty South Joe

FOTR this week is Dirty South Joe. This dude has been repping Philly in a big way for a long time. Mad Decent, Armand’s, Mad Decent Block Party (when it was just a 1 day event in Philly) and Hollerboard are just some of the things DSJ laid his early marks on and he’s been on a solid roll of doing dope stuff ever since. He’s been steady influential on the careers of the entire Brick Bandits crew. His Luvstep mix series with Flufftronix has played a big roll in the more chilled sounds of bass music breaking through to the masses. His “So Far Gone” Drake night has taken off in the last couple years and is now a traveling party. Oh…and he’s got dank memes for days.
